Conclusion part entails summary of whatever a writer discussed in the introduction and the body paragraph part of the essay. In addition to this, it invites your reader to reflect the inferences of why your ideas are important. Only the key issues should be included in this part. The writer is encouraged to avoid including new information as much as possible that was never discussed in the body paragraph. For instance, if one did not talk about the different types of basketball such as professional basketball and college basketball in the essay the writer is not supposed to bring them up in the conclusion part. This part should always help the author revise the entire essay as one must go through the whole work to come up with a summary. Phrases such as ‘in summary” or, “ in conclusion ” should be avoided by the writer when writing this part of your essay. The conclusion links the first and the last paragraph. For instance, if the first paragraph one wrote about the first association of basketball, Basketball Association of America and discussed up to the current basketball governing body, National Basketball Association in the last paragraph, in conclusion, these two associations must be identified to bring about a connection between the two.
